Chad has been coaching high school sports for 14 years, he has worked as an assistant football coach and head wrestling coach in both Clay and St. Johns county since 2006. During his time as a high school coach, one of his primary responsibilities has been in college recruiting. Chad has met with coaches and their staff all over the United States. He has the knowledge of what college teams are looking for and what it takes to get student athletes seen by the top coaches.
In addition to coaching high school sports, he has also worked several camps at the college level, such as the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp at FSU and the Tiger Football Camp at Auburn. Chad also has several connections at the premiere combines in the country such as Under Armour, Rivals, The Opening, and the Elite 11. Throughout his career, Chad has been fortunate to work with several players who have gone on to play at the collegiate level and currently has sent 50 student athletes to the next level in his 6 years as the recruiting coordinator at Bartram Trail High School.
Chad has become the go to recruiting expert in North Florida and in some instances across the country. Several high school coaches, parents, and players have reached out to him for his recruiting expertise. His knowledge and willingness to help others has led to several players in the Jacksonville area and across the country achieve their goal of playing at the next level, whereas without his help they would never have achieved that dream.
Chad lives in St. Johns county with his wife and children. His passion is high school sports and helping student athletes attain their dreams of playing sports at the college level.
Tami Treaster – Academic Advisor
Tami is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine, Florida and has a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Flagler College along with a Master’s Degree in Education in School Counseling from the University of North Florida.
She has worked as a School Counselor at Bartram Trail High School for the past five years, and was selected as the School Counselor of the Year for St. Johns County in 2018. Tami is passionate about helping to support students and she works with students in various capacity’s in the areas of academic success, social/emotional well-being, and college/career readiness
. She throughly enjoys working with students to set goals and then helps to motivate them to take the action steps necessary to reach their goals. Tami is very familiar with the academic requirements for NCAA eligibility and has expertise in academic advising for high school students.
